    Could well be I can't really tell. My point wasn't that it was a kid or an adult more that there was just someone randomly in the back ground going about their business while an extremely large guy in a posing pouch was getting his photos done.

    I’ve been pigging out for 4 days at Cruisin’ the Coast car show in Biloxi, Mississippi. My home scale shows I gained 6 pounds. 😲

    Yes, this is what I wanted to see but your reading only shows mass -- not volume. It should include both.

    My last DEXA VAT reading was very similar to yours: Mass 0.00# (which doesn't mean it's zero; just not significantly measurable) and Volume 0.12 cubic inches, My A/G ratio was also similar to yours at 0.52.

    However, DEXA measured my overall BF% at 13.8% which made absolutely NO sense to me considering the extremely low VAT measurements and because it was entirely inconsistent w/the hydro measurement of 7.7% BF taken the same day.

    This is why I am suspicious of the DEXA readings that I have obtained and reply mainly on hydro.

    Update! 160 lbs. 13% BF according to the handheld. Gained about 15 lbs since October eating about 3000 calories a day.

    Starting cut today at 1900 calories a day. My only goal is to beat my first Dexa scan. First scan came back 9.1% BF. I want to be less than 9% by the end of August.
