Hey everyone!
I have done keto diet a few times and figured i would get a group of people together that might want to discuss recipes for good foods, methods that have worked for you and just to have fun and push each other to continue with keto past the first week haha.

It is pretty much lose the carbs and load up on fat. Recipes are usually trying to make carb free bread which is a fools errand in my opinion.3
