    Off to a good start for my first day in this challenge. Early morning boot camp (boxing) with running in between workouts. Camp is at one of 3 locations, today was at the local high school stadium, working out under the stars, ran a couple miles total on the track around the football field. Racked up 3,310 steps. Will go to the gym later this morning with hubby.

    October goals
    I use Steps app and Runtastic to track, which means I can't separate running&walking steps, just distance

    Runs: 7x // 35km
    Steps per day: 10,000+
    Distance: 200+km walking
    Boxing class: 6x

    Progress so far
    Runs: 1 // 3.5km
    Steps: 67,300 total, 4/6days over 10k
    Distance: 44km walking
    Boxing: 2x

    I'm in! My goal is to do an extra 2km walk in week 1, then 3kms, 4kms and 5kms in Weeks 2,3 and 4. I have completed my 2km walk today. The extra calories used will be handy to improve my weight loss :)

    Hi there! Although I typically walk around 8000 steps a day, I want to add steps and do it for 30 minutes per session. Looking forward to being in the group!
