    TOPS stands for Take Off Pounds Sensibly....an International organization, where like minded people meet to get weighed and talk about the ups & down of weight loss.     I've had a rough couple of weeks, with my daily weight going up and down, but my weekly TOPS weight remaining the same. In the past 10 weeks, I've had 9 Turtles and a 2 pound gain........I'm frustrated with the way things are going. I need to reboot my system, and get back to basics.

    Today is October 1. The start of a new month. I'm going to do a series of 10 day Challenges. Post your weight every day for 10 days. Hopefully if goes down! I will post my weight every morning before I eat breakfast.

    My TOPS weight is 188lbs My ultimate goal is 175lbs, so any loss is a good loss.

    Well, you can always join me here anytime. If you want to join my 10 day Challenge, please feel free to do so. It's not limited to TOPS members only. Just try your best and post your daily weight and hopefully in 10 days we are a bit lighter than when we started. Then there will be another 10 day Challenge and then another, and another......and by then we should be well on our way to seeing the scale going down quite a bit!

    10/2 = 193.0 Good start! Even a couple ounces a day, will add up to a pound a week!
    10/3 = Had a rude awakening at TOPS last night - I gained 3 pounds! I really need this Challenge now, more than ever. None of my clothes fit me properly, my knees & hips ache and I have shortness of breath. The next 7 days will define my new way of life! I CAN and WILL do this!

    What is TOPS? Is it a group in mfp? Interested to know more please.

    I do well with all my meals but it's the snacks that's getting me in trouble any help out there please!

    Its like Weight Watchers or Slimming World.

    Snacks are most peoples issue, I save 200-300 cals a day from my budget for evening snacking. Also drinking copious amounts of water and tea helped me.
