Weight loss changes so much in a person. What are some things you never thought you'd say?

Mine are:
"I love the gym." (I used to be a total couch potato before this journey!)
"Salad is one of my favorite foods." (I used to HATE salad, now I love it.)

    'I should exercise before I (insert stationary entertainment here)"

    Used to do everything I could to avoid exercising, now I hate a morning when I don't do at least a small workout. the change in energy level for the rest of my day is noticeable!

    I don’t feel well and it’s so humid outside but I want to get my walking in (last evening:)).
    I’m not really hungry so I’m not having a snack right now.
    How can I work more steps into this situation.

    I only need one slice of bread (still love me some thick white loaf but I'm more than happy with wholemeal medium now - plus the calorie save is lovely!)
