But someone else made a meal for me yesterday which I felt bad to say no to after they'd cooked...so I went over total calorie and carb limit ...😔
Goal is to have a week within calories AND no LNS points!

So proud because my boyfriend and our 3 year old were up late last night we were watching angry birds and they asked me to make Mac and cheese and I did and I didn’t eat not a single spoon. I don’t know where my discipline came from but I love it. Usually I’d eat a whole bowl! I had an apple instead 😁2 -

But I did have a small portion of lentil bean and tuna mix about 8.50pm...however as far as supper goes it was a small controlled portion and I had NO sweet crappy food after so I think it will be okay!! I hope!
Does anyone else have the problem of someone else being in main control of what is in the fridge/what to eat/house or flat sharing or lodging? Wish I had my own house as there would be 0 temptation or difficulty trying to tell others no to something they've made for you. And people don't seem to understand and react weirdly if you say you're trying to lose weight ...😞1 -
