Still stuck with a 200 average. Flirted with 199.9 again this week and popped back up again. Frustrating. Not giving up though!
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.
Weekly averages:
September 24th - 30th: 201.1 I gained 0.8 lb. in September.

I've never lost during TOM, so I'm super excited! However, work was crazy, and I just didn't make exercise a priority, as in zero workouts this past week. I reached my October goal already so my new goal will be to hit a 10 lb loss for the month.
My average calories for the week were 1651. My calorie ceiling is set to 1890 - apparently the calories I'd need to maintain my 1st goal of 199 lbs @ sedentary.
I got rid of 2 items on my list of things to do that were causing some stress. Less stress = less stress eating.

What should I do ! More exercises or control my diet !
The old saying is that you can't out run the fork. So start with your diet. Use the exercise for toning and overall health. Strength & stamina. It will burn some calories too which is always a plus, but why eat many calories then have to worry about burning them off? Eat for nutrition, exercise for toning & strength. Good luck. I have faith that you will do great!

Ultimate goal – 145 lbs by Valentine’s Day. By March 15, 2019 I hope to weigh no more than 153 after an initial and expected water weight gain after transitioning off my diet. I am allowing for (hopefully no more than) 8 pounds for the water weight.
