Hello everyone! I finally decided to improve my health

My daughter introduced me to 'myfitnesspal'. After checking out the site, I decided to join too. I have neglected my health for a while now. It's time to make some changes to improve my life. I am 55 yrs old, just finished school to start a new career. This is an exciting time , and stressful as well. I need to develop an eating and exercise plan that works for me. My current weight is 168 lbs, my goal weight is 130-135 lbs. Let's support each other to reach our goals !
