@conniev2018 I am with all the others. We are your biggest cheerleaders!
@allmannerofthings Wow, that really hit me when you spoke of your son not being able to take compliments. The other day I had a gentleman tell me how great I was looking and how nice I looked in khaki colors. I started to make excuses that my hair was messy from the wind, my clothes were a little baggie, etc. and he just looked at me and said "you look great, just say thank you". It stuck with me all day and night. I realized that I see all my imperfections much clearer than my qualities. Why do I think I've always got to be perfect??? Why do I see myself so differently than others see me? @abowersgirl is experiencing a lot of feelings right now, but it's wonderful that she can always figure these things out and she always makes a great plan for herself. Once she does that she is all in, like she is with all the other aspects of her life. Your comments are sure to help her and others (like me). Thanks to you both for sharing. I am enlightened with your perspectives and the stories you share.
@tiabirdie56 LOL on the use of the word carnage. It is how it feels, for sure. During the food or wine is great, but the afterwards........ yes, it feels like carnage.7 -

This is my third round. I think the best part of this challenge is that in recording the weight every day with a comment, I talk myself down from the hype that comes with weighing myself every day. It’s so easy to have the scale affect my mood. This challenge reminds me that my goal for the 10 days is to lose 1.5 – 3 lbs and puts the scale—the ups, the downs, the lack of movement, the ups and downs…into perspective! Thanks everyone and good luck this round!

10/15 – 171 - Hopefully that means yesterday’s number wasn’t a fluke!
10/16 – 172 – High carb day yesterday & just within calories. My stomach is also a bit off.
10/17 - 173 - Short walk yesterday, missed the gym cause I was at the eye doctor.
10/18 - 172.5 - No gym or walk. Waiting for a package....and then it was raining. Did not eat well. Time to get back on track.
10/19 - 173 - Sigh. Hope this is just like the last 10 days...the up before the down. Exercised & walked yesterday, ate within goals.
10/20 - 170.5 - That's what I'm looking for! Did all the right things yesterday.
10/21 - 171 - Was at my son's band competition all day. Had an omelet for breakfast....and then cheese sticks & nuts at the competition and chia pudding when I got home. I pre-weighed the nuts, so all was fine calorie-wise. I'm thinking the up might be dehydration/sodium....Still planning on coming down before the end of the round!
10/22 - 171 - Long walk yesterday and good calories/macros. Feeling like I deserve to see something on the scale! BUT, NSV -- a friend at the gym who hadn't been there much in the past month told me I looked great and wanted to know how much I had lost!

The trainer told me to have about 100 calorie carb snack BEFORE my workout and a protein snack to aid muscle repair AFTER. Since I’m doing Keto now, I would skip the “pre” snack and let my body burn my fat for fuel.
Thanks - I'm working with a trainer performing very high-intensity workouts though, and need carbs pre and post workout (different digestion times respectively) in addition to protein in order to properly fuel glycogen recovery, not just muscular repair/recovery.1 -

10/15 - 192.4, following a weekend getaway with some pretty lax eating. Looking forward to focusing on my goal for the next 10 days!
10/16 - 193.0, which I think is some delayed fallout from my bingey weekend. Also, I had 150 cals of popcorn for a post-workout carb last night just before bed, so I wouldn't be surprised if some of that gain is salt retention too. Ate within my targets yesterday, so I'm sure I'll see the scale moving in the right direction soon.
10/17 - 192.6, moving the right way today! Last night, I was eating Monday's leftovers for dinner, and realized I made a mistake tracking the meal, and was shy 300 calories! That also helps explain the increase yesterday... figured it out and fixed my mistake. I'm hoping I can hit 190 by the end of this round... I haven't seen a 1-8 at the front of my weight in years (unless the scale has been glitching haha) and it's feeling so close!
10/18 - 193.0... ARG. I haven't been sleeping well this week, maybe that's why I'm really not seeing the scale move? Feeling pretty frustrated, kind of want to just give up for the week and dive bomb into a loaf of bread. I won't though. Still, pretty annoyed.
10/19 - 193.9 got sad yesterday and did some emotional eating in the evening, so I was expecting his. Its something I'm working on, and ultimately I didn't binge as much as I used to, so not too bad considering. I just did a 10.75km this korning though, which has renewed my motivation! I surpassed my goal of getting to 10km by the end of October, YAY! Just had a teriyaki chicken skillet for 300 cal and a latte, and planning on keeping dinner lighter too, and trying to use this run to balance out my missteps this week.
10/20 - 193.2 *didn't have time to reflect/blog post this weekend, just took weight*
10/21 - 192.8 *didn't have time to reflect/blog post this weekend, just took weight*
10/22 - 193.0... This past couple weeks has been a high intensity phase of training for me, I thought that would result in a faster decrease, maybe I'm over-stressing my body too much though and need to focus in on recovery. No idea, just going to keep trucking. Le sigh. I was reading that it only counts as a plateau if you don't lose for 3 weeks in a row, so going to try not to panic yet.

It took a few years to get approved for knee replacement surgery which was just ridiculous because she could barely walk because of the pain. She kept having to get cortisone shots. She finally got approved to get it done and had her right knee done about two months ago. She's planning to do the left early next year. Frustrating how you have to be in pain so long!
Hey @MyEvolvingJourney !
My problem is that I am still active... despite the pain. I'm relatively fit, I play basketball 1-2 times per week, and I lift weights about 2 times per week. My doctors don't think someone who needs a knee replacement would be doing the things I'm doing.
My other problem is that I don't like lying about my activity level in order to increase the chances that someone will listen to me.6 -

I battled sugar, I'm fighting for my mobility (potential knee replacement surgery), but most of all I struggled with shame. My addict behavior was in full-swing, I'm pretty sure I'm just below the "depression" threshold, and I'm prepping myself for the grieving process associated with my knee and how that will play out with basketball. I ate out at a FANTASTIC bbq place for lunch yesterday (stayed pretty keto-friendly with my half-rack of short ribs), and my wife brought me some lamb for dinner (with buffalo cauliflower, and spaghetti squash/mixed veggies). I've been half-a$$ing keto for the past 3 months, but I'm back in the saddle as of 10/14. If you read this far, PLEASE feel free to yell at me for being scarce/distant/completely disappearing. I'm not going to find it disheartening or unmotivating. I've missed you all terribly. I didn't feel like I deserved to be here. I'm trying to feel differently about it right now.
10/19: 202.2 (-1.4), BF% = 16.6 (-0.1). Sorry for the late post. Pretty much depressed most of the day (my Rotating Day Off... every other Friday). Just felt crappy. No one wants to give me what I want regarding my knee: a choice. Doctors all tell me that if they just saw my x-rays, they would say it's an absolute "yes" regarding knee replacement surgery. But they see me, and my age (NOT THAT YOUNG), and they shut it down completely. I'm not even sure what I would do if someone actually gave me a choice. I'm not some freak that thinks he knows more than medical doctors do. But they don't know my pain. Or my heart. Food yesterday was great, except my wife bought some Big League Chew (grape), and I had a nostalgic binge on gum. Despite my day today, I also went to the gym with my wife to lift weights.
10/20: 201.8 (-0.4), BF% = 16.5% (-0.1)
10/21: Didn't weigh in
10/22: 207.4 (+5.6 in two days). Ah, the bad weekends... I remember thee all too well. It's time for me to remember how good it feels to stop the bleeding once it starts. I broke Keto for 3 cupcakes and a bun for one hotdog on Saturday (niece's birthday party), as well as Indian food (rice and naan) and a banana split on Sunday (open to the power of suggestion from my wife). I changed my goal for this round back to something more reasonable, given what's occurred. Trying not to beat myself up too badly. Trying to remember how AMAZING I was last Monday thru Friday. I'll start with replicating THAT, and worry about the weekend when it comes.

Your description of yourself as 'a self nagging perfectionist who is also a pessimist" also fits my 18 y/o. He will not accept any praise or acknowledgement from others nor give himself credit for what he accomplishes and so for the most part he does nothing. I really hope that as he gets older he can learn a little of your perspective and determination. I think that learning to manage your thoughts and emotions is hard work, but definitely worth it! keep on keeping on - you are a inspiring example for me.
My gosh that sounds a lot like me, the worst part is at 18 as much as you want to help, the hard headedness of the age and mentality of your son will stop him from listening. I totally understand where he is coming from because that was definitley me 10 years ago. I would do everything I could, until I could do no more but never give myself a pat on the back, or a congratulation for a job well done, constantly feeling as if it's never enough or if a task was completed just moved on to the next one without any self recognition. If someone gave me a compliment, I definitley felt undeserving which does have a double edge sword quality because like him, I stopped myself from doing things as well. As if doing nothing so I wouldn't have to deal with myself was the better, less self distructive option, not to mention the feeling of failure before the attempt would definitley deflate my initiative. I do hope, for his sake, he gets sick and tired of the self nagging and by the time he is 20-21 he starts gaining more confidence in himself. I hope he doesn't take as long as I have, given the fact that although I am still young, I have passed up great opportunities because of my lack of confidence which has made life slightly harder and has left me a "Jack of all trades" type of person, which I like because I have tons of mini skills but at the same time have never had enough focus to stick to one thing, never settling and jumping from one job to another. It was great while I was young but now that I am getting older I am definitley feeling the pressure and the "failure" feeling all over again, especially after seeing people my age doing a lot better then myself. Managing emotions is difficult, especially if it's a self worth issue, it just take time, patience and a little guidance. Likel I said in my post, the only thing that began helping is recognizing greatfulness ...but that definitley began cementing itself in my brain after realizing my own mortality, which some at 18 y/o might already know but for some it's still the age of "I will live forever", "that will never happen to me" or "I have my whole life to figure it out"4 -

@wendyj1012 every day weighing can be hard for some people, that's why I tend to sometimes ignore my weight and pay attention to my inches instead. The loss of inches are just as good and also mean you are loosing weight, so I wouldn't worry about what the scale is saying.
If you make the decision to stop though, I would still suggest posting everyday, just to make sure you are holding yourself accountable even if it is without a weight at the beginning of the post and I would also suggest weighing in more then once a month, maybe at the beginning of the 10 days and end of the 10 days. Thats why i appreciate this thread, even if it seems like my weight is creeping daily, I don't realize how much I have actually accoplised until I see the results at the end.4 -

🍁10/15🍃 150.8 this weekend was a wash. I managed to stay under calories but the food choices were a bit questionable and I managed to work out but not like I had been during the week before I got sick. I am feeling better today but still have a dry cough which is just as bad as a stuffy nose. Hoping to get back into my routine today. Regardless a loss is a loss and I hope it stays that way
🕸10/16🕷 150.4 yesterday I had an ok day. Eating didn't have much variety, high carb day, exercised for a little over an hour and drank 1.3 liters of water. Still have a cough which is starting to annoy me. Want to get back to my usual workout
🎃10/17🎭 150.0 ate under and exercised good, drank 1.3 liters. This is where my weight starts to tease me..lol
⚰10/18🔮 149.8 Had a super hungry day yesterday and only got one small exercise in. It was all substantial food, not junk but I still couldn't help how hungry I was. Drank 2 liters *corrected, I was way off*. I'm going to wait a day to make sure this number is locked before I get excited...even if a little part of me already is
🍃10/19🍁 149.4 Had another super hungry day yesterday but I got in exercise (even though I ate almost all my exercise calories, which is rare) and drank 2 liters of water. I am so happy to officially say I'm in the 40s Wooot!! I put on a pair of pants that used to be tight on me and use to have that double bubble look but now they are so big, they are falling off..I am so happy about this, it's exciting.
🕷10/20🕸 149.2 im glad that I am here and can have a mini celebration dedicated to my new number 😄😄😄 Yesterday I wasn't as hungry but I feel, once again, super hungry today. I will just have to mindful about what I eat. Yesterday was a crazy work out day and i had 2 liters of water. Today is girls days with my MIL and SILs, were are going to the movies and I already know that I won't have to worry about the popcorn but the treats on the other hand...might be a little more difficult. Been having cravings for chocolate and I am trying to ignore them and replace those cravings with real food...which has worked so far. My TOM is next weekend so after watching that video @MultoMundoMonkey posted, I am going to start paying attention to cravings and try to have less carbs during this time frame. I'm glad I watched that video, it will now make me feel a little more in control and know what to expect
🎭10/21🎃 149.8 so yesterday I had written about being mindful and staying away from popcorn and treats...that didn't happen. I am not the biggest popcorn fan so I was pretty confident, at first...but it was as if the minute I started eating I couldn't stop...and that kept going on and on and on for the rest of the day. I was able to exercise as well though, so everything was tracked and under but my exercise calories were definitley all eaten up and although I had a +20 I still managed to eat over 1800. I decided to check my due date on a cycle calender I have for TOM and once again I made a mistake. I thought it was due next weekend but it's actually due on Tuesday...so that explains my over eating, hunger all week long and crazy cravings. I am used to getting cravings before hand, happens every month but the day of the week always changes, it can happen a week before or two days before but it's never consistent. So I am taking the gain in stride, jumping on the horse again today and going for it.
(You can stop reading here if you would like cause here comes a mini rant..you can read it if you want but it's more for me)I need to get my mind set in shape. I have always written and told people you need to get your head on straight and healthy along with your body, don't neglect it or else it will have an effect on your longevity and your will power. Every week I write how pleased I am about my eating but then also write I could have done better with exercise...while this week I have been proud of my exercise but not my eating. I am getting tired of being a self-nag. I need to be proud period. Positivity has always been hard for me (a self nagging perfectionist who is also a pessimist) and it wasnt until the beginning of this year, with difficulty I wanted to switch that around. Change all negatives to positive. I start off well enough but then drown again, have to remind myself, get back on, stick to it ...and then drown again. In the past I have battled with severe depression so every day is still a constant battle to give myself a break mentally. And here I go again trying to remind myself to be greatful for my full body, my ability to be a functioning, mobile healthy 28 year old and to thank God for all the privileges I have in life..no more I could have done better or I could have pushed harder or I could have gone another mile..from now on I am greatful I was capable of accomplishing what I have accomplished today, I am greatful I am healthy enough to have pushed myself as hard and I am greatful I am able to take those first steps and every step afterwards. I am going to start to be as mindful about my thoughts as I am about my eating and as mindful as I would be towards my form while exercising and the minutes I put in. This journey is about getting healthy, not just telling myself I am..but actually being it. For those still reading, it will never matter how much you loose or how fit you become if you don't fix your mentality, can't stress this enough, because if you don't you will never really be happy about your results...you will forever be stuck in the body you began your journey in and never break free.
🔮10/22⚰ 149.6 yesterday i ate within calories, exercised and had two liters of water. I am finally getting a hold of my hydration..big NSV for me. My hubby is also starting to notice, telling me I have been looking great latley..in the past 8 years of knowing this man he has always steered away from any conversation regarding weight (smart man lol) I am feeling bloated today so I am hoping after my TOM passes, I will at least flush another pound or two...we will see.

Day/Weight/Comment
10/15 149.4 Head back in the game after this maintenance trend since round 53. I do feel really good at this weight, but would like to drop a little bit more before I call it official. I don't want my maintenance to fluctuate so close to the next decade!!
10/16 DNW I had a meeting with my staff yesterday and they surprised me with a feast of homemade food, so pretty much threw in the towel as I had to fully indulge and appreciate the love that was given through their food. Scared to step on the scale, only the second time this has happened on this journey. I feel so bloated today, but such is life. I plan on a today being a great day!
10/17 150.6 Did really well yesterday, this is the fallout from the weigh in I skipped. I am pre tracking my food today, walking the hill, drinking at least 12 of my big 14 oz glasses of water today, and practicing gratitude.
Looking to get out of maintenance to lose these last 10 or so lbs. My body feels good except for the inevitable AM bloat from eating carbs I think. Planned my day based on hitting my protein goals first.
10/18 148.8 Yay! Pretracking works, driniking lots of water works! got in about 98 oz yesterday, which is not quite the lofty goal I set but had me consciously drinking more and often. Only downside is dreams at night of having to pee and getting up too many times. But I'll take this lower number in exchange anyday! Plan on repeating the plan today, with a mini goal of getting to 147.xx this round. Have a great day everyone!
10/19 148.8 The road to somewhere?? is paved with good intentions...twins came over last night and spent the evening holding babies, DH cooked, son made empanadas, caved for warm bread lathered in butter and ice cream...new day today. Not going to bat myself on the head, instead just embrace today as a new day! After a day like yesterday I definitely don't feel hungry today, which is a good thing since I will need to have a low cal day to balance out yesterday's fun! Lots of water is the intent again today.
10/20 150.6 Cause and effect. And there it is, 2 days later. Lots of water again today and pretracking.
10/21 150.6 Did good until I didn't.
10/22 WEIGH IN DAY 147.6 Surprised and pleased to see this number on the scale. Though I say I am not "tied to a number" I guess I am. The only thing I have been diligent this round on is my hydration, I have skipped logging a couple of days, I have skipped my hill, but this is the first time I have put so much intention on drinking a LOT of water. So that being said, water weight it may be, but I am happy happy happy nonetheless to show a loss today! My baby turns 17 tomorrow, but since I made cake earlier this week for no reason and indulged, I will skip tomorrow :-)

10/15 - 165.7 lbs Damn! Went clothes shopping with my mom today, and it was waaay better with her help. Picked out a lot of new clothes that actually compliments my body. Feels soo good to buy new clothes. I wasn't that good with my calories today. I ate a chicken/bacon salad for lunch at a restaurant, and I have no idea how many calories it had.. But I ditched dinner, because I'm still feeling full after that huge salad. I didn't eat the crutons, so that helps a bit I guess haha! But that salad def contained a lot of calories. Was delicious though. She wanted to buy me lunch since my birthday was yesterday, so it's all good
10/16 - 165.7 (—) No change! I’m good with that 😃 Happy I didn’t bump up since I have no idea how many calories my lunch had yesterday. I went to the gym yesterday, but today is a netflix kind of day 😂 I think I’m coming down with something, so I’ll go to the gym tomorrow instead (if I feel better).
10/17 - 165.1 (-0.6) Great! I’ve lost 2 lbs / 1kg in 7 days 😃 Hope this losing streak lasts all the way to my goal! Heading to the gym today, feeling better.
10/18 - 165.1 (—) No change today, and that is fine. I’m happy to get this number confirmed two days in a row Have a great day everyone!
10/19 - 164.6 (-0.5) Great! Headed to the gym soon. Haven’t exercised that much this week, since I’ve been in kind of a weird shape. Feeling a bit guilty that I skipped my exercises monday and tuesday.
10/20 - 165.1 (+0.5) Totally expected. Ate 30g more carbs than I use to (100g carbs, but same calorie intake), and that always bumps up my weight a bit This will go away when I stick to my carb goal again. I'm not sure how my day will look like today carb wise, but I'll try to not eat over 80g atleast.
10/21 - —
10/22 - 164.9 (-0.2) I forgot checking in yesterday. When I lose weight it happens a little everyday. So when I see the weight standing still a few days in a row, I know I’m not going to lose any weight in like 1-3 weeks. I know this, because this challenge has showed it to me time after time. I eat the same calorie intake and exercise just as much as when I have these «weight loss periods». Feels bad that this stop happens when I’m so close to my goal though 😂 It has happened that I don’t lose anything for up to 2 months, and then suddenly shed 2 months worth of weight in a few days. So I know that progress is happening, it’s just about the whoosh.. And since I just had one, it will be some time to wait for the next one if I know my body right 🙂 I probably sound totally weird now, but this is 100% how my body works.

10/18 - 207.4
10/19 - 207.0 - went to my son’s hockey BBQ as planned and only had the veggie burger that I brought with me. And it was enough. It was more about enjoying the outdoors and the people. I didn’t care about not having the chips that were there. Today is normally a bit of a free day for me but I’m going to try my best to track everything, get my water and steps in
10/20 - 207.0. I’m so happy with this. I tracked everything yesterday which kept me from having more of a free day than I might have. I had some salty meals yesterday so I’m going to drink tonnes of water today.
10/21 - 209.0 - looks like the salt caught up to me. I had one slice of pizza last night and that really put me over. I also only got half my steps for the day. Drinking a lake today and walking more.
10/22 - 208.0 - and the salt is going away. Although I up since Friday this is probably the least amount I have gained over a weekend in a long time so I’m feeling pretty happy right now. My food is all planned out for today. Planned a walk at lunch so just need to make sure I get my water in again today.

Good job, Jen! It's hard to make much progress if we let the weekends undo all our hard work from the previous week. Good for you for continuing to track. Keep up the good work!

Other goals: 10,000 steps at least 4 days a week. Strength training 4 times a week. Run 3 times a week. Start Yoga with Adriene's 30 days of yoga challenge. Eat at a deficit.
Day/Weight/Comment
10/15: 193.3! I’m very pleased with myself right now. Will be doing a lower body workout and yoga today.
10/16: 194. Bleh. Did yoga for zombies yesterday because I was short on time. Doing Day 1 of the 30 days of yoga today. Also going for a run. Did a little low intensity water walking with my mom, who has health issues. Hoping the scales will go back down tomorrow.
10/17:194.4. Ate garbage, didn’t get enough sleep, feel like garbage. Youtube was down when I was about to start my 30 days of yoga, and by the time I found the workaround, it was too late in the night. Will start it tonight after strength training. Bleh. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
10/18: 194.4. Got more sleep. Will hopefully see a loss tomorrow. Day 2/30.
10/19: 195.9. Just water weight. Too much salt yesterday. Drinking a lot of water to compensate.
10/20: 194.1. Was too busy to update.
10/21: 194.1. Feeling really nauseous. Hoping I won’t get really sick. Haven’t been drinking enough water or exercising. Also, being down half a pound from the week’s starting weight is nice.
10/22: 194.1. Nauseous on and off today, but also ate like the garbage lol. Maybe there will be a gain tomorrow, maybe there won’t. Hoping not.

10/17- 199.6. 30 minutes bicycle. Over calorie goals (ate out at lunchtime and had snacks in between meals), 64 oz of water.
10/18- 202. Hoping the gain is from the exercise. Everything is still sore from my workout Tuesday.
10/19- 199.2. No exercise. Over calories. 52 oz of water. I need to get back on an exercise schedule and eat smaller snacks between meals, or no snack at all.
10/20- Did not weigh today. 35 minutes bicycle. Under calories. 64 oz water. Crazy hectic day, but I made myself exercise and I’m glad I did.

Ok, I was sick through the previous challenge so there were ups and downs... Now I'm feeling better and back to eating more and exercise. But I still cannot control my diet. However, I really have concrete goals for this challenge. I want to be 83 kg (182.9 lbs) at the end of the challenge.
10/13 - 84.1 kg (185.4 lbs)
10/14 - 84.9 kg (187.1 lbs)
Day/Weight/Comment
10/15 - 85.3 kg (188 lbs)
Very bad way to start... I ate much more than when I was sick at the previous challenge, even I ate a vegetarian burger and chips (*facepalm*). At least I don't let myself to drink alcohol. Still, I don't think this is my real weight, I hope it's less than this.
10/16 - 85.1 kg (187.6 lbs)
Ok, going down better than nothing. Yesterday I ate enough not less not much just enough and nutritious. But I should eat less to lose weight. I still don't log my food, but I'm sure it was more than 1200 cal. I think I should start to log today, let's have a try.
10/17 - 84.1 kg (185.4 lbs)
I'm not sure what's going on. But I logged my food yesterday (after a long time) and ate about 1200-1300 cals and burned some cals at the gym and walked 15k steps. But still, I cannot trust the numbers, is my scale broken?
10/18 - 84.9 kg (187.1 lbs) (Before bathroom weight)
Yesterday I was stressed and PMS so I wanted to eat junk food and I did. However, I feel bad and went to the gym and worked hard. Also again, I logged my food, I took too many calories but still OK with that. I'm getting better.
10/19 - 84.9 kg (187.1 lbs)
Yesterday, I ate pasta for dinner and I was really full. Other than, everything was good, I logged my foods and that was ok.
10/20 - 84.5 kg (186.2 lbs)
Yesterday I was feeling sad and stressed, I didn't find a way to deal with those feelings and ate a chocolate bar. Otherwise, I had been logging my food until the chocolate and I was doing well.
10/21 - 84.9 kg (187.1 lbs)
I have a presentation at a conference tomorrow morning and I've been stressed a lot through the whole week. I couldn't work enough and ate because of stress. And also because of the stress, my stomach has been so bad these days... I kinda give up for this challenge I'll be better at next one.
10/22 - 85.3 kg (188 lbs)
10/23 - 85.1 kg (187.6 lbs)
The conference was great, so I'm back. It's 07.00 AM in İstanbul now and I'm going to the gym

10/15 - 80.1kg, I expected my weight to go up a little. Bit too much sodium at dinner. I’m okay with this though! Still going strong with IF, eating 1200cals and drinking at least 1.5L of water. I’m feeling incredibly motivated and excited for this round
10/16 - 79.5kg !!! I feel like I’ll plateau around this number for a few days but happy to see it come down, and feeling much less bloated than yesterday
10/17 - 79.6kg, expected! Okay with it! I haven’t had coffee for two days and I’ve noticed I’ve not been so ‘regular’, which is probably contributing as well
10/18 - 79.5kg
10/19 - 79.4kg, happy with this considering I went a little over calories last night and probably had a bit too much sodium. I drank so much water though, over 2L!
10/20 - 79.2kg, glad the scales keep going down! Just doing everything I know I should, and it’s working
10/21 - 79.2kg, pretty happy to still be here. I had a very big night with too many drinks and basically no water all day I saved 400 calories for the evening after my alcohol but I still drank more and my body was not happy on the way home!!! I’ll likely go over my calories today nursing this hangover but I definitely need it
10/22 - 79.4kg, this was predicted as I went a bit wild yesterday. I’m okay with it though. I haven’t had a ‘cheat day’ since starting and allowed myself to just eat what I wanted. I can recognise how much better I feel when counting/eating healthier food. Straight back to it today! I have a salad made for lunch, and back to IF.
10/23 - 79.8kg, possibly still from overeating on Sunday. I’m still not ‘regular’ since cutting back on coffee, and it’s my TOM so really just anything and everything that will cause weight gain! I didn’t drink enough water yesterday either. I hope I don’t end the round tomorrow with such a small loss

10/15/ 208.8#. I found that 19 ounces of squash with a little butter and sugar is about 300 calories. Very filling and helped my stay under my calories.

10/17 208.2# (0.6#) still down half a pound from the start. Not going to fret about it. Got some exercise in. Went over my allotted calories, but stayed under 2,000 so I'm good with that.
10/18 208.4# (0.2#) tried to drink more water today. I've been very bad about water and have only been drinking about half. 3rd day in a row for eating out.
10/19 208.8#. Back to my starting weight on Monday. BUT I am down 2.6# from last Friday! I am eating out for supper tonight. Planning on bringing my own homemade dressing though. Can't wait! Ate so much today. Completely went nuts. Felt terrible ALL day. 😖🤢🤯
10/20 208.6#. I think I've been eating too much sugar or fat. I've had quite a bit of heartburn the last couple of days.

10/21 85.3kg (-0.1kg) My physical and mental status was badly influenced by my hormonal status . Did some reading and research and started excersizing again. Made a schedule for the next 4 weeks with strong curves. I still want to loose another 5-6 kilo's (11-13 lbs) and also get in a better shape with a more defined body. Sooooo I've got my positive attitude back, this round is a warming up for the real work!!
10/22 85.2kg (-0.1kg) Had a good day, walked 10.000 steps, cooked a lovely Sundaymeal and enjoyed my weekend.

Age - 50
Height 167 cm
Staring Weight 68.1 kg (150 lbs.)
Day/Weight/Comment
10/15 – 68.1 kg (150 lbs.) / I met Jillian Michaels twice (morning and evening).
10/16 – 67.8 kg (149.5 lbs.) – 7 km (4,3 miles) run in the morning and 3 km walk during the lunch break
10/17 - 66.8 kg (147.3 lbs.) – six-pack in 6 weeks (38 min in the morning). Yesterday calories consumed a bit more than 1200 kcal. Tracker told not enough considering all exercised I did. But I just could not eat more
10/18 – 66.4 kg (146.4 lbs.) – 7 km run in the morning
10/19 – 65.9 kg (145.3 lbs.) – slight stretching in the morning only
10/20 – 65.6 kg (144.6 lbs.) – no exercise today, but may be in the evening . Or at least try not to overeat. Weekends are full of temptations. But my usual glass at the market place in Frankfurt I will have anyway.
10/21 – 65.8 kg (145 lbs.)
10/22 – 67.5 kg (148.8 lbs.) – no comments required
10/23 – 67.0 kg (147.1 lbs.) – Known fact: eat less and move more. Jillian Michaels yesterday and 7 km run today in the morning, and the result is here.

Round 56: My 23rd round!!
10/15 158.6 BMI=23.8!!!!
I was on a 3 day/2 night trip- ate 1 meal out each day (which I never do) & tracked all, walked over 37K steps. Lost 0.2lbs. I’m thrilled. The other trip we took, I gained & was hungry all the time. Pleased this one worked out!
10/16 157.0 BMI=23.5!!!! Lowest Weight Yet!!!
This is a Huge day for me!!
On the day of my fall & arm break, my weight was 157.8. Immediately after, it went to 161, and after surgery, it immediately went up to 165.8. All Along, despite being hugely disappointed with the weight gain, I kept walking/exercising and tracking all of my food carefully. I hope it was just water.
Today was my Reward.
Only 7 pounds to my Final Goal Weight!!
