Rules:
45 oz pure water minimum daily
90 oz fluids minimum daily
128 oz maximum fluids daily
Consult your physician before joining
Research ALL possible complications prior to joining, join at your own pace, discontinue at first sign of discomfort
Drink at a reasonable rate, enjoy the many benefits if proper hydration, add enhancers/electrolytes as needed
Record starting/ending weight and body fat

Ok, my starting % BF is from my Tanita scale and it's diff from one day to the next and diff morning to afternoon.
I will take it based on my scale reading this morning at 4am when I get up to take thyroid and pee.
Start 152.4lbs
BF 34% (Tanita)

Found it. 2 crazy questions... 1. Is infused water pure water? 2. How do I figure my BF?1

Yes infused water even lightly enhanced waters count towards pure water but not teas, etc.
Some fancy scales give you BF, I opened one in Walmart to check 😂😂😂2 -

For some reason I can't open messages...
Oh well My Name is Tea and I want everyone to be properly hydrated! Spread the word... We officially start Nov 1. You can start now by gradually increasing your intake so that your restroom trips balance out over time (there is a upswing initially, you get used to it)
