    As if today I've lost one automobile tire! Only 1 more to go! Going out for a run in a bit. Glad I dont have to carry that tire with me.

    I've lost an automobile tire so far since the start of my diet, but I've lost "an amount of cheese the average American eats in a year" if you instead look at how much I weight compared to my heaviest weight.
