I am trying figure out how many grams of protein i need to eat daily to build lean muscle. I am somewhat of a recreational runner. Run like 8 to 10 miles a week and do a few 5k races a year. I also work in a warehouse thats demanding and im on the move 10 hours a day.. i am 6'2 and weigh 198 pounds. There are so many conflicting reports and if i can id like to avoid paying for a nutritionist.

0.6 to 0.8g per lb of bodyweight isn't a bad place to start.
When you say build muscle and burn fat, do you mean recomp?1 -
Nevermind the fat loss part. I just want to know how much protein for building lean muscle based on what i wrote above1

You need more than just protein. You need a lifting program that will help you gain/maintain your muscle while you are losing weight.
