I honestly didnt realise how different I looked until I came across this embarrassing pic on the left kn my boyfriends phone. It's from a year ago. No gimmick dieting involved, just calorie counting and portion control28 -
couple of years in between, and I'm not sure if the hair going grey in the intervening period was related or not!
162.5kg down to 110kg. Still a way to go.56 -
