    OCTOBER STARTING WEIGHT: 174.0
    OCTOBER GOAL: 169.0
    OCTOBER ACTUAL: TBD

    I’LL BE WEIGHING ON THE 1ST AND THE 31ST IN ORDER TO SEE MY TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS FOR OCTOBER. IN-BETWEEN I WILL WEIGH ON MONDAY’S (WHICH HELPS KEEP ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE WEEKENDS).

    Oct 01 - 174.0 STARTING WEIGHT. Good luck everyone! I look forward to walking thru this journey with each & every one of you.

    Oct 08 - 174.8 I need to get moving. Getting lazy and complacent. I am still enjoying many foods on my plan but I am starting to crave the sweets again. I’m going to have to pull out all my bag of tricks to do better this month than I did in September. I can do this !

    Oct 15 - 175.4 Too much food. All the wrong foods. This is what happens. But it works the other way around too, thank Goodness.

    Oct 22 - 177.8 Away for a few days to help DB after surgery. Big City for me. Big foods I’ve never tried. Kept portions good but the carbs were horrendous. Next week’s goal is to type my weight in red instead of green. Have a great week everyone!

    Oct 29 - 177.0 So So So very much travel this past week that I am SHOCKED I could get my weight back around in time for this weekly weigh-in. It had went up considerably in the past week. Bloat is likely gone from the restaurant foods. Now, just to work on the fat again! I am not going to make goal but I have stayed accountable and have logged daily, even in travel. So for that NSV I am very proud. Have a great week everyone! I will be weighing in again on the 31st for the final October numbers. P.S. My mammogram & appointments went very well. No breast cancer detected. I am still in remission.

    October goal: 113.2 (updated)
    Ultimate goal: 108

    10/1 - 116.8
    10/5 - 114.2 - de-bloating from last week's BREAK week
    10/7 - 114.0
    10/15 - no scale
    10/22 - no scale
    10/30 - 114.4

    Total loss for October: 2.4

    I'm calling it a close for October, since I won't be weighing myself tomorrow.
    Didn't meet my October goal, but still was at a loss, so I'll take it!

    Will focus on not eating my body weight in Halloween candy the next several weeks.
    Our neighborhood is VERY generous, with king-size candy bars and many handfuls of candy!

    Ultimate goal - 140lbs (hopefully even less but that's the goal for now)
    Weigh in days - Tuesdays

    October 2 - 197
    October 12 - 193 (I missed my regular weigh in day because I've been sick...which probably helped with the loss so will see next week if it stays off but will definitely take it for now!)
    October 16 - 194 (I'm okay with this, wish it would have gone down more but will get it back next week)
    October 23 - 196 (seriously what the hell!!)
    October 30 - 194.5

    Total loss for October: 2.5

    Not happy with October results, especially since September wasn't any better. The next two months are going to be a challenge with holidays and everything but I'm going to work on remaining focused.

    Oct 31 - 177.2 An overall gain of 3.2 during a heavy travel month. Disappointing, for sure. But many NSVs and a continued determination to improve starting right now!

    GW by mid November: 62kg then maintain for rest of year
    UGW: end of March 2019: >60kg

    05/10: 64.8kg
    12/10: 64kg
    19/10: 63.5kg
    26/10: 64kg
    01/11: 63.5

    Loss for October: 1.7kg
    Total Loss: 5kg (~11lbs)

    Not quite at my goal for October, but very please with my overall progress.
    Had the last 2 weekends off diet, which felt good, and more importantly I know I can maintain the weight lost so far.

    I forgot to weigh yesterday with all the Halloween excitement. I have been bouncing between 146-149 all month, which is kind of expected with eating around maintenance a lot this month (and over yesterday with all the candy). I think I am actually ok with maintaining in this range for now. I do still have a few vanity pounds to go, and still technically an overweight BMI, but I need a break from being in a calorie deficit. Still plan on tracking though.
