Ok, back on track. This time it’s for real. Counted my last calorie for the evening. And in 3 hours will be getting on the bike for 1 whole hour.

Today was way better, walked 4 miles and was under caloric budget.

I’m 9 lbs down with 20 to go. And I’ve been at it for two years. I need all the accountability I can get!

That’s really great to hear. Let’s do it right this time especially before winter hits and gives us a lot of excuses not to do anything.

Further, I have been using psyllium fiber there’s a supplement and have had great results so far, it helps with hunger cravings, and shedding excess weight.

I'm in. One year breast cancer survivor who is cancer free (YAY!) but chemo related steroids put 40# on me and the follow up hormone blockers have made weight loss difficult due to severe joint pain. Currently at 200# (down from a high of 218# so another YAY!). Have been working on diet and starting to go back to the gym.........had a frozen shoulder from the mastectomy recovery so it's been a slow go. Getting ready to have a hysterectomy as well so that will be another short setback but another opportunity to SERIOUSLY work on diet. Would be happy to be below 170#.....I'm fairly tall and big boned so don't want to be skinny.......would just like to get some weight off my joints.

I'm hopping on board... More than 25 to lose, but it's a start.

Back at it and successful more than ever. Intermittent fasting 16:8 every day has done wonders so far. I’m not counting calories as much but just being mindful of my eating window which restricts a lot of intake.

Additional benefits: more energy, minimal stomach issues, sleeping better, clothes fitting better again.

@brocktoon666 I love intermittent fasting 16:8, I've been doing it for about 6 months and I've lost weight, feel less hungry each day and think less of what my next meal will be. I use to eat lunch and be thinking about what dinner will be, now I'm not thinking about dinner until it's time to cook it. Stick with it and you'll see great results.
