    I try to get a half hour in a day.

    Tue: 30 min. (Treadmil)
    Wed: 30 min. (Treadmil)
    Thurs: 25 min. (Treadmil)

    I lost you guys there for a bit, but I'm still knocking it out!!

    Can't wait to post my weigh-in on Monday... I'm finally busting through my plateau :)

    Well I am fighting a bad cold this week and have missed 2 workout days this week so I will not make the 360 challenge but I will post the rest of my workouts on the weekends. Still feeling bad today and was clogged up this morning and again I popped some pills and back off to bed.

    I see you all are doing great!! Keep up the good work!

    Hello Summer Sweeties to Fall Knockouts awesome jobs ladies you all doing GREAT I did not set a goal for this week but i am still putting in my excerise at least 30mins ......being going thru a lot dont need to bore you all BUT i am still pushing to get this weight gone .....thanks all

    Hello Everyone!!

    Good job to you who made the 360 min last week! And for those of us who did not make it that is OK! I am sure if you participated you did more than you would have done if not participating in the challenge. I had a cold and could not find my mojo last week. I am still fighting allergies or cold. This week I am going for the 360 min challenge again.

    A new week begins! Krys is back from vacation and now having some health issues. So I am going to start the new thread before 2:00 pm CST today. The challenge for the week with be the 360 minutues again.
