Total loss for November: Dude; it's the first day of the month! So I won't even bother to mention the scale is up a half pound since October 31. Which was just yesterday. And which was already up from last week. It's ok; still in my maintenance range.

Ultimate goal – 145 lbs by Valentine’s Day. By March 15, 2019 I hope to weigh no more than 153 after an initial and expected water weight gain after transitioning off my diet. I am allowing for (hopefully no more than) 8 pounds for the water weight.
