    Doing daily weigh-ins this month.

    Nov 1 - 263.4
    02 - 262.4
    03 - 261.2
    04 - 263.4 - Food & salt weight. Went to an event dinner last night and ate all the things. :)

    07 - 263.8 - ate way too much last night (3473 calories for the day)

    09 - 260.2 >>> one month loss >>> 11.6 lbs - I'm very happy about that!
    10 - 262.6 - OMG ... daily weighing can suck! This is water & food weight - I have to drink more water today.

    My meal prep wasn't perfect but it definitely helped me lose some of the Halloween aftermath: water weight...Going to continue to meal prep, but I need to watch my sugar; it's starting to creep up on me. Sugar is the worst! The WORST! I just want to get back closer to 187 before the year is over because I always have a big weight-loss surge in January. You know that contagious motivation everybody gets in the New Year; well, I figure if I can get back to my lowest weight, (187), before I stalled, then I'm sure I can reach the upper 180s/late170s in no time! *prayer hands*

    4.5lbs in 20 days needed!

    Getting close now but I'm still unable to exercise at the moment. I'll be able to lightly exercise for the last 10 days, and that'll sure make the whole negative calories much easier.

    Well, the last time i updated this was September 23rd, i would have recently returned from my holiday. I haven't been restricting myself during or after my holiday and I didn't plan on really returning to MFP but i miss not using it and i want to keep the weight off so i'm back! I was so near to my goal before my holiday. I've put on around 5 kg since leaving! Hopefully i can tag on the end of this as i loved this challenge before! (i know its not quite 5 lbs i need to lose this month but i'm starting late!)
