I don't have much to lose but I do need to log or I gain weight...like I just did.
I eat 'whatever' in moderation, drink bourbon and my calorie goal is to be under for the week...not under every day. I use exercise to get to to my calorie goal. I log daily and have an open diary. Add me if you want.0 -
