Oh man - I can't ever seem to get lower than 222lbs! I used to be a serious athlete (prior military, ran 10 miles in a single workout, etc) and now I can't even run 2. I am OBSESSED with food. It's almost impossible to put it down and I am sick and tired of how it effects my self esteem. I'm trying to make a change - and even when I do, it takes a very long time to see the improvements. Looking to stay motivated and positive and forget about food - while still counting the calories. And I know the best way to do it is with friends!4
