Everyone's doing great so far, we're almost half way through the month. Last week was a bit rough for me, lots going on at work, few 14 hour days, and then grand kids all weekend and they brought the flu with them. Manged to get some planks in but intended to be further along than I am by this point. Remember, holidays are approaching so get in the planks ahead of time if you can!1
