I'm in. Have not lost 5 lbs in a month ever. Very frustrating so we will see what we can do in November. October I did get close and lost 4.3 pounds.

Thanks so much for that I wasn't having trouble copying, but finding my previous posts. I've always taken a note of what page my post was on but it wasn't always there when I came back. So frustrating having to scroll through looking for it. Such a simple solution but so helpful. Thanks.1 -
@stationlouisa and everyone else. When you want to find your previous posts on any of the MFP forums, at the top of the Community web page, there is a search link🔍, tap it or click on it. Scroll down to Author, type in your username, scroll down to Search, tap or click on it. All Forums that you participate in will come up with links to your posts.
Also, if there is something that you want to find within a particular thread, scroll to the bottom of the page. Under the last post you will see a box titled, Search discussion. Type in what you are looking for.

A bit bummed this is the first week since I started in May I have gone up. .6 of a pound. And I now exactly why I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage on Friday evening, knowing Saturdays are my weigh in day. It was worth it to assist in breaking the tightness in my upper back. But I plan to make up for it next week. As I plan to stay on schedule even with Turkey day as we are staying at home, and will be just the two of us.
