    Doing daily weigh-ins this month.

    Oct 31- 264.4
    Nov 1 - 263.4
    02 - 262.4
    03 - 261.2
    04 - 263.4 - Food & salt weight. Went to an event dinner last night and ate all the things. :)
    05 - 263.4
    06 - 262.4
    07 - 263.8 - ate way too much last night (3473 calories for the day)
    08 - 261
    09 - 260.2 >>> one month loss >>> 11.6 lbs - I'm very happy about that!
    10 - 262.6 - OMG ... daily weighing can suck! This is water & food weight - I have to drink more water today.
    11 - 264.8 - pizza & cupcakes - no excuses
    12 - 262.8
    13 - 261.2
    14 - 260.8
    15 - 261.2 - lol ... good grief ... I AM going to get to the 250s!!!
    16 - 261 - I'm eating too much in the evenings - I have to reign that in. I really want to reach my goal this month and this behaviour isn't getting me there.

    ..4th Nov: 60.9kg/ 133.98lb :)
    10th Nov: 59.4kg/ 130.68lb :smiley: Def got my mojo back, :wink: Finally re-cracked the 60kg mark.
    17th Nov: 58.8kg/129.36lb :smile: was up all week until this morning, ate too much last weekend.
    24th Nov: kg/lb
    ..1st Dec: kg/lb

    Overall Total loss for November: 2.1kg / 4.62lbs

    Total loss since starting : 16.7kg /36.74lbs

    Re-set. re-adjust. re-start. re-focus...As many times as you need to. Just don't give up.

    Hey everyone - I’ve seen a couple posts about people not being able to copy and paste to updat their weights - what i do is I keep my progress in my notes on my phone, fill it out on there then copy them from my notes and post them on here

    I used to struggle to copy on here too, that’s why I started doing it that way

    Hope that helps some people :)

    Thanks so much for that I wasn't having trouble copying, but finding my previous posts. I've always taken a note of what page my post was on but it wasn't always there when I came back. So frustrating having to scroll through looking for it. Such a simple solution but so helpful. Thanks.

    @stationlouisa and everyone else. When you want to find your previous posts on any of the MFP forums, at the top of the Community web page, there is a search link🔍, tap it or click on it. Scroll down to Author, type in your username, scroll down to Search, tap or click on it. All Forums that you participate in will come up with links to your posts.

    Also, if there is something that you want to find within a particular thread, scroll to the bottom of the page. Under the last post you will see a box titled, Search discussion. Type in what you are looking for.
