If the biggest problem in life right now is which workout routine to go with... I'm great lol
PPL is the obvious answer
I like PPL, and I've been doing PPL, PPL, Rest for a while now.
Although I'm considering giving Full Body a try
I want to like full body. It seems so efficient. I just never enjoy running it.
I confess... I just did it and I feel a little more tired than I usually do after lifting
And I feel like I was able to hit the shoulders better.. I'll probably give it a month at least0 -

That my main problem. PPL the section i'm working is tired but as a whole I feel pretty good. After a full body i'm just spent in an exhausted kind of way.0 -
