Yes, thanks for the inspiration.1

If you 'regret' the holidays you're doing it very wrong.4

By regrets, I meant the food we take in, the ones that hard to say no to lol I mean there are those days when u had too much and feel bad about it, and think that maybe u messed up, but u have to keep going.0

I'm confident that I can lose that weight again pretty quickly but it put me behind the 8 ball. I'm too ashamed to post my progress pics but I did take a picture of the scale when I got home and posted it... I guess maybe I'm thinking I can shame myself into losing that weight faster.
I suspect I will have better control going into the Christmas holidays...
Would you try and 'shame' a friend or family member into losing weight?3 -
Im sure u will, since u lost the weight before, u know what works for u, it will be easier.1

No, just myself

Don't "feel bad" about it. Imbuing food choices with moral values that you then reflect back on yourself is not helpful, and can be a fast bigger problem than any day's food choices.2 -
I have a fool proof plan for the holiday period that is really easy to achieve.
It's called the 'I'm gonna gain a little bit of weight between Christmas and New Years and that's OK' plan.
It's simple really. All you do is realise that gaining a few lb/kg between Christmas and New Years is a small price to pay so you can fully enjoy your holiday, relax and have a great time, and enjoy all the good food and treats like a normal human being.
The truth is people don't end up the weight they are because of what they do during the 2 weeks between Christmas and New Years. It's what they do the other 50 weeks of the year that really matters.10 -
I’m in the same boat. I had a plan but 8 days away eating out and enjoying family with drinks. I’m up 5lbs. I’m very disappointed in my self.1

Oh yah. I also have a really bad cold so I’m not going to the gym in the morning.0

Tough few weeks ahead!0 -
Why not eat everything, but just a bit of everything? No reason to stuff yourself senselessly. Enjoy the time of the year, enjoy the food, but not overdo things.0
