My thighs no longer touch the slide on the rower when my legs are fully extended.28

It took me two months longer to complete than I'd planned due to unexpected travel, illness, forest fires, and snow. And it wasn't pretty. But my C210K is done!

I've been in maintenance for about 2 years and got a nice boost the other day. I was out for dinner with a group of people and the man I was sitting next to, whom I'd never met before, asked me what my sport was. He looked at my arms and said that I was clearly an athlete. Wish I had something more interesting to tell him than that I go to the gym!31

Completed the St Jude 5k with my oldest son (9)—we finished in 30:36, not bad for a non-runner with a hip injury and a first time 5k-er! He had a great time and is already making plans for more races. My husband did well in the 10k—Big NSV for him, and so wonderful to be active as a family. My 7yo is already planning to run next year’s 5k

My most recent has been being able to pull down my size 14 jeans without unbuttoning or unzipping them I may be able to drop to a size 12 soon!
Also... my neck is making more of a comeback and I actually felt my hip bones! I don't even remember when that happened last.
And finally... I got on comfortably a coat that I couldn't wear before. It was always too tight around my shoulders and fat upper arms. It fits perfectly now29 -
I had to buy several pairs of black leggings in small today, because the mediums got a little baggy in the butt.26

My bmi is 29.49. I am now overweight not obese!!!55

I did 1.5hrs a day working out for 6 days this week and managed to not over eat.33

Not only do I not have to wear my phone holder on my forearm anymore when I work out, I CAN'T wear it on my forearm anymore. It will slide off if I do. I wear it on my upper arm like everyone else 😁33

I went on a run this morning23

Saw a cute jacket in the plus size section and decided to see if it would fit. A saleswoman rushed over to tell me that I was in the “wrong” section and to make sure I knew I was looking at plus sizes.30

Just realized my waist is little narrower than my rib cage again.
And 10 assisted pull ups withles than 50% assist.
If I ever get to doing 1 unassisted pullup that would be historic. At 58, I have never been able to one proper pullup without assist.26 -
Belt is very firmly on notch 5 again. Since getting new jeans (that sit slightly lower on the waist), I had to go back up a belt notch (sometimes 2), but I'm now firmly always on the final belt notch. Soon I'm going to have to think about punching a new hole (and I could not be more excited for that prospect)17

Hooray! Great time!
My husband and I were there too. Last year's St Jude 5k was the first race we ever ran, and we finished in 38 minutes and something. This year I placed 2nd in my age group with a time of 28:56. I love running through the St Jude campus and seeing all the kids come out to cheer!

Not sure this qualifies as a NSV but my I went for my annual physical last week and my Total Cholesterol was 118. Last year it was 170. My doctor was thrilled with the results.65

Mine is strictly not a recent NSV but it's something that I appreciate every time I wash my hands. I can now wear a ring which my Mum bought for my 21st Birthday (I am now 73 and Mum died in 1984) for a lot of years I couldn't wear it as it was too tight

Today I finally got into the last of my 'skinny' wardrobe, couldn't come at a better day after of weeks of a SD (scale defeat). Let's hope the skirt will be too big soon!23

I am 200 days logging today!
The temptations have been strong this week, but I have been very disciplined! Christmas party season starts soon and I have sparkly new outfits to fit into!36 -
Several and I've recently restarted for what I now truly believe to be the last time:
- I ate a predetermined amount of chocolate instead of just finishing the entire bag. I logged how much I was planning on eating, ate that amount, wanted more for about 5 minutes but held out and 10 minutes later I'm fine.
- Instead of bingeing on chocolate, I decided to actually eat a standard amount.
- I felt too full to finish my dinner and I left a hotdog behind (but I finished my veggies!)
- I woke up feeling thin and I've just been walking around all day feeling skinnier. I actually shocked myself because I'm thinner in my head than in real life. So when I looked in the mirror, I was shocked to see I didn't actually look drastically different, I just finally feel like a thin person. Like I feel as though I'm already at my goal weight, my body just needs some time to catch up with my mind.
- General confidence and energy and focus
- I feel more in control of my eating habits

Of course, it qualifies! I am sure you are thrilled, feel so much better, and are healthier.10
