Very interesting combination. I would not have thought of choc chips, popcorn, and pomegranate seeds. I will have to try it.

I'm a volume eater, so for me it's a plain/low cal popcorn and diet soda.1

Kind of weird, but radishes. Low calories, and a lot of chewing. Works for me.0

Have you tried roasting them like potatoes? Yum.

Carrots and air-popped popcorn with some seasoning.... Not together mind you.0

Does Diet Pepsi count as a snack
In all seriousness I LOVE low fat cottage cheese with some sugar free jelly or veggie straws dipped in spicy hummus. I’ll also cover a dill pickle in a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese and then wrap it in corned beef before cutting it into to slices...we call it Cowboy Sushi!
I have a massive sweet tooth but since I don’t keep that kind of stuff in the house I find more savory flavors quite satisfying.0 -
RX Bar vanilla almond butter!0

The chewing does make a difference! Salads are not snacks, but I have been packing salads to take to work. With a half sandwich and all the chewing I do with the salad I find that I don't really want to eat as much. For months I have had a hard time eating when I get home from work. But now after work I end up eating what I would have eaten with my lunch at home, such as yogurt or fruit. So I end up eating a healthier snack than the chips or ice cream I had been eating when I got home.
I pack a good salad: Lettuce, spinach, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell pepper, and sometimes shredded cheese or chicken. It sure does take a significant time to get it all together, though.0 -

Cottage cheese with berries on the side
4-5 flat pretzels, 1.5oz cheese, 5-6 candied nuts
2 ounces peanut-butter filled pretzels - I buy these in bulk, love them so much but one serving is not enough
Greek yogurt with chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, mini chocolate chips, and whipped cream (my usual dessert)
Protein bar
If I have some time - Baked apple filled with fresh/frozen cranberries, 1.5t honey, 1T brown sugar, 2T water0 -

DULINH: Your version of a baked apple sounds so good. I have cranberries in the freezer left from Thanksgiving. I am going to give it a try.1 -
Chicken (don’t judge me lol)
You aren't alone. I like to have cooked chicken in the fridge to grab some if I suddenly get hungry. So satisfying!
In fact my husband made fun of me last week, we had friends in town and were going out so I told hubby I needed to plan so I could make healthy choices. He asked me if I wanted him to stuff some chicken in his pocket.

Air popped popcorn with a tap of butter.
Veggies & dip
Berries with light whipped cream
Black Forest ham slices & a cheese string
Greek yogurt with some fresh pineapple
100 calorie bag of chips.
I’m definitely more of a salty snack type of girl! Don’t crave sweet stuff very often and if I have a bad chocolate craving I usually just allow myself half a chocolate bar because it’s very rare.0 -
Baby carrots or frozen blueberries1

Right now my favorite snack is a peppermint mocha.

Teaspoon instant coffee
Teaspoon pure cocoa powder
Tablespoon Coffee Mate
Dash of peppermint extract
It energizes me.0 -
