Halo Top, a Fiber One bar, something homemade (I keep those to 200 calories or fewer per portion; at the moment, I've got some cinnamon-donut mini muffins). And if not dessert but a snack, then popcorn, roasted chickpeas, string cheese.

Half a nice chocolate bar. My husband and I split them.

Mochi ice cream. My diet doesn't have much sugar in it so a single piece every once in a while is heavenly.

Typically a cookie (as in a single cookie) or a piece of very good chocolate. Sometimes it'll be a pastry.

Tonight, I had a bite of hubby's pumpkin pie!

More commonly, sugar free pudding and nuts.

Dessert is calculated into my daily calories. Cookies and oranges.

Greek yogurt with stevia and sugar free pudding mix (white chocolate is my favorite), protein ice cream, fiber one bars (birthday cake, lemon, or cinnamon roll) are all my top choices.

I've never been a dessert every day sort of person. I generally have an evening snack. It might be sweet but probably not.
I might eat fruit, yogurt, a granola bar, frozen yogurt or ice cream if I want something sweet. Sometimes we have stuff like cookies, muffins, pie or cake.

    Often I don't.

If I do fancy something I tent do go with yoghurt, mousse, a little icecream, mini milk, boiled sweet, or some fruit.

Ice cream, Oreos, or cereal in milk usually. Sometimes if I have a higher calorie splurge during the day I don't have calories left so I'll just have a dark chocolate square with my tea. But typically I save calories for an evening treat!

Lately, I've been having 2 servings of M&M's (56 g) as my evening snack. That's 285 calories of deliciousness that I eat one at a time and enjoy immensely.

Ice cream, cookies, candy. Basically if I have calories left for it I get to eat it. Usually I go for ice cream.

Apple or orange, Halo top, yogurt, cottage cheese, small amount of chocolate, half a protein bar, sometimes chicken. If I haven't hit my protein goal I will usually eat something with protein over a sweet, I will have both if there is a protein bar available.
