Foods of high calories

Since beginning my first ever bulk I’ve been eating as much as possible, however I cannot seem to be getting the calories I need in, not due to lack of hunger but due to lack of high calorie foods. Does anyone have any recommendations for high calorie foods (for a dirty or clean bulk). Thanks

What are your daily goals? How close are you coming? Any particular macro you are struggling with?0

What is your current caloric intake and macro breakdown. I made bisquick pancakes using 6-7 eggs and 1 scoup of protein powder. Without syrup it was about 1000+ calories. I was training in the morning and I ate right after. Just a suggestion, but more importantly are your tracking everything your eat, including weighing and measuring your foods?0

White rice has been my savior. Easy to slam in 400+ kcals, it digests easily, and it’s so cheap it’s damn near free.3
