Dairy-Free Protein?

What are your favorite protein sources that are dairy-free? I am not 100% dairy free (I can have mild cheddar), but I have rosacea, and it acts up when I have too much milk protein. I have been drinking Premier Protein shakes this week with my coffee, and my skin is ANGRY.

Going dairy-free isn't super difficult, but it is when it comes to my protein. There aren't super great protein bar options (I like Clif Builder bars, but the sugar is a bit high), and I'm not a big meat eater. I do eat meat, just not a lot of it, and not enough to get my protein from that alone.
