I was sad and lonely last night but I knew food wouldn’t fix the problem. Instead, I sat on the couch with my dog and spent some time looking at renovation ideas for the house.

I had a "starving" day--they hit once in a while when health issues flare up, so I probably did need to eat a bit more. I didn't need to eat as much as I did, though--that's for darned sure.1 -
