I’m back again for another round. I’m still just working on maintenance for this round. Lots of family in town and we have Christmas and New Years. My goal would be to end this round at 151 or 150. Round 64 is when I will be back on track and hopefully be in the 140 decade finally! Good luck everyone.

These next 10 days include more holiday parties and out of town family visitors. I’m very happy to have maintained so far this holiday season and if I keep within a couple pounds of my current weight, I will consider this round a success.

I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.
I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after.
I need to step up my game if I want to meet any of my goals.

12/24 - 11st 11.8lb - another .2lb increase that I did not expect as I was so careful yesterday. However, at 1246 calories I was slightly over the 1200 calories but I still had 113 exercise calories left.
