Is anyone interested in joining in on a 21 day walking challenge based on this article.
It's timed walks, so you don't need a step counter
Post daily to keep track that you have completed the walks.
Optional to post a starting weight and a final weight after 3 weeks.
Would anyone like to join me, starting on 01/01/19?

Happy New Year Everybody ... Let the Challenge BEGIN!
You should post daily to comment that you have (hopefully) succeeded in the days walk. Feel free to add any other daily reflections. I am also going to add my challenge start weight and then my challenge final weight. I am hoping that within 21 days I can loose those first few pounds of 2019.
