    I'm in! A little background on me. 6 years ago I used MFP and lost 65 lbs. I maintained my weight for a year and then some trials derailed me and I gradually gained the weight back. I'm back to my highest weight and I can feel the impact on my health. I am ready to be healthy again and could really use the support and accountability of a group to keep me on track.

  • Please add me too! I’ve been struggling to lose weight and keep it off but thankfully haven’t ballooned up to my previous high weight of 232 from 2 years ago. I’m following Fast 800, Michael Mosley’s plan to control blood sugar.

    Just yesterday I started getting back to the gym. It be great be apart of your challenge it give me that extra boost of motivation. I am a stay at home mom get distracted with everyday family life. I forget about my health. Last year i was struggling with high bp lost enough weight to get off meds. But just after the holidays and so many birthdays 😕 i have put back on some what i worked so hard to lose. I really dont want repeat bad health.
