Currently try to fast for 4-5 days and go to the gym everyday😅 anyone else

    Wait, are you saying you go to the gym fasted, or are you saying you are trying to fast (as in no meals??) for 4-5 days?

    If it's the latter...Are you high? Do NOT starve yourself for days, least of all while trying to work out. You are just asking to pass out at the gym, or worse, behind the wheel. Please eat like a normal person, there is no medical or scientific benefit to putting yourself on a starvation crash course. Don't do this.

    By day 3 or 4 I doubt you'll have the energy to climb a flight of stairs let alone workout
