I went gym 3-4x a week, 1 hour of it. I ate fairly healthy and trashy. But when I worked out I gave myself some slack cause I love fries and ice cream lol

Great job! If you don't mind, what was your starting weight?

I suppose the best strategic decision I made was seeing a dietitian, and going for follow ups every 6 weeks. I train hard, of course, from 3 to 5 am. 45 min strength and 60 min star master. But, I was doing that for 5 months and although I was eating pretty clean already, I was not really making significant progress. There is so much misinformation out there and inane ''Bro-Science''. As soon as I started following her plan, the weight came off and the muscles popped up. So, my advice, go see a REGISTERED dietitian, they must have an RD after their name. This ensures they got their degree and have done their stages in a clinical hospital. Also, do your research, read reviews etc. Focus on big lifts, compound exercises is the bread and butter of transformation, for me anyways. But understand, big lifts does not need to equate to big weight loads. Always lift what you can comfortably do for 6 to 8 reps, more if thats your thing. This is just what I know. It works for me. Some would agree, some disagree. In the end, you need to see what works for you by trying.

Hey! My starting wt and measurements?
    I’m 5’5.5 .
    169 lbs swt
    35 waist
    Size 12
    1988

    Right now
    Same height
    123.3 lbs (officially today)
    26.5 waist
Size 2 (sad, but going lower)
I was wanting to keep size 2 because buying pants after pants is way too expensive.

More of a strict diet. I ate healthy, and weighed my consumption before (now, I do estimates or barcodes)

And went gym 3-4x a week.
I’m sick atm so i haven’t gone for lol 4 days. Lol I’ll get back at it.

Ty guys for all the friend requests..

Thank you. You're not the first to say that. I definitely didn't see it then, and am trying to see it now, but I guess we are our own worst critics :) Thank you ♡
