I am focusing right now on getting below 200, which is right around 30 lbs. I am thinking within the next couple of months I can make that a reality.8

I am focused on getting to 160 (have to lose 5 pounds) to be lightest I’ve been in a year and a half. Ultimate goal is 120, but once I stop gaining and losing the same 10, will be easier to motivate myself.7

6 pack by 40! It was my goal when I started this journey at 37 and 293 lbs. Got 4 of the 6 starting to show now at 185 lbs. Need about 10 more lbs to make it happen I believe. 10 months to 40th b-day.15

1. Stay within maintenance range for one more month (two months so far and counting)
2. Exercise five times a week for at least 30 minutes.9 -
Waking up feeling well-rested and being able to look in the mirror and say “you truly look happy, healthy, and glowing.”
It’s one thing (and appreciated) to hear it from others, but more than Anything, I can’t wait to feel that way about myself again .5 -
The company I work for has an annual meeting, which is the first week in March. I was a top seller last year, which means at the final dinner gala I'll walk the stage and say a few things in front of 800 people. I want to look freaking AMAZING!13

To lose 27 lbs and reach 250 lbs. I haven't been that weight since I moved in 2011. It'd be nice to get back to where I started when I started living here... and then after that goal, it'll be 230.. which would be the lowest i've been in my adult life... probably 2006/2007 ish.9

My mini goal is to have a stable and healthy lunch schedule! University starts again tomorrow and I always struggle with what to pack for lunches. I'm hoping to find some healthy and filling ideas so I won't be tempted to buy junk food on campus! 🙂8

To be in the 180's and size 12 jeans by Valentines Day. Currently 197 lbs and size 14.
A year ago weighed 265 and was a size 24.15 -
I’m 7lbs away from a 50lb loss so reaching that 50lbs is my current mini-goal.12

I am 2.5kg away from 41kg lost. I was closer to this goal before the holidays, but I think I'm still in the midst of the monthly water dance, so I have my fingers crossed I start shedding that soon!7

Tried them on this past weekend and I not only can get them up, I can also get them buttoned and zipped. Still too tight to wear though so my mini goal is to be able to wear those jeans out of the house before the end of January. I have zero doubt I can do it.
UPDATE.....I wore them out and about yesterday. They fit perfectly yay I did it!!!

I really want to lose 3 lbs in the next 2 weeks. I've been sitting at the same weight for several weeks now.7

So, I refuse to join my workplace "biggest loser" contest BUT started back logging, so that I will be a little bit smaller when the "contest" ends.10
-
My goal for the week is to keep logging everything, no matter what, to try to eat at a deficit and to keep walking 60 minutes/day everyday.
I did really well last week, went over one day, but logged it anyhow.7 -
My 50th birthday, some few pounds down, and I'm on the same weight I was at my 20th birthday. 2 months to go7
-
225 pound bench press by the end of March.7

These are all great goals! I recently got certified as a PT so wanting to make sure I look and feel my best as I help others work toward their goals 💪 would love to do a fitness competition someday too ☺️8

lose 100 llbs - 24 lbs away11

Right now, 285#. After that....280. Bite sized is easier to focus on. Especially when I am not sure how far down I want to go. Surely a ways more, but mywsist measurement is my " handrail".
Easier to maintain focus going a few pounds at a time.9 -
Mild loose skin 😂7

Taking my goals seriously one day at a time at a steady pace of 2 lbs a week by changing my eating habits and logging in daily...I'm so not into fad programs, when after you stop them the weight loss becomes regainable4
