    This is so typical of me not being aware of my weight: at the beginning of the challenge I posted my weight without weighing myself and I am 15 pounds more than I thought/believed/realized/accepted.

    Successes this week: fruit salad daily, walking, stopped eating any gluten free bread and dairy free cheese, finally faced the scale

    I would like to be added. I will weigh myself tomorrow and post my stats. I did this last year throught June, and lost about 10-12 pounds, but then I dropped out. And subsequently regained 7 lbs. in the 2nd half of the year from not logging.
