Didn’t have an LNS last night as expected. Was an early night - in bed by 9:30pm.
@Kullerva - I gained 10 lbs in 2018. Not too proud about admitting that I pretty much gave up on health goals starting in mid-October. Too many other competing priorities. The main thing is that we are still here on MFP and that we aren’t giving up on our health goals. Cheers to a healthier 2019 for both of us!0 -
