    Hi everyone, love this thread! My goal is to get healthy! For today I wanted to stay in calorie zone and I did it. For tomorrow, stay in zone and add more water

    Did not get home from work until after dark so didn't get a dog walk in, but did do 20 min of exercise. Kettle bell tomorrow.

    I am SO far behind reading all the posts!! But I love how active this thread is .. we can all keep each other motivated!

    As I tried to skim through about 85 posts ... just a few posts I want to comment on. But love you all ... and so happy to see so many "faces" on here .... all motivating and giving each other encouragment!

    I love how we are all using "words" to define how our year is going to be.


    @PackerFanInGB - I am so so sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. Cancer is so hard and takes too many, too young. Prayers and hugs <3

    Welcome back. But I so agree ... your mental health is the most important thing you need to take care. There is no need to feel you need to respond to so many posts on this thread ...     We found out on Friday at 830pm that my MIL was in ICU and had coded twice since the 26th. .

    So very sorry to hear about your MIL. And I agree, it makes it hard when you are not told. Hugs, and hope she and your husband are both doing OK.

    Yesterday's commitments:

    - Log everything I eat :smile:
    - Stick to food plan :neutral: Neatly - swapped light yoghurt (50) for fattening yoghurt (200). However was still in green and fattening yoghurts are gone. Boyfriend is not allowed to buy those again!
    - Be in the green :smile:
    - 4 bottles water :smile:
    - No alcohol :smile:
    - Go to gym :smile:

    - No eating whilst standing :smile:
    - Savour every bite :smile:
    - Monitor fullness after each meal :smile:
    - Differentiate between hunger, desire and craving :neutral: Didn't really come up
    - Give myself credit! :neutral: So easy to forget this!

    - Read Beck Diet Solution :smile:
    - Prioritise to-do list and tick things off! :smile:
    - Gratitude journal :smile:

    Okay so some quick goals for tomorrow

    1. Log all food😂
    2. Bring lunch😁
    3. Work 815-4😁
    4. Ignore whatever food there is at work😁Until I got home...I got cookies thrusted upon me for Matt and ended up eating half of them
    5. Buy flowers and card after work 😁
    6. Pick up clothes from the house 😅Did that about 5 minutes ago
    7. Fold said clothes 😅 Tonight!
    8. Dinner/dishes 😅 Didn't want to cook. Got chicken parmesan subs and cheese fries instead...WTH is wrong with me?
    9. Finish Defender 😅Worked on my WIP instead
    10. Bed at a reasonable time. 😅I wanted to be asleep around 930...didn't turn out the light until close to 11...darn Twitter!

    I am just coming away from years of weight watchers...relearning how to eat everything without having the connotation of good and bad foods is hard,

    Just trying to get in 10,000 steps a day and stay away from sugar. Wanting to keep it simple and Not put too many things on my list. Easier to accomplish if I focus on 2 changes instead of 12!

    @clicketykeys - I was shocked when I saw that stat!

    I regret not having more of the hoopla, we always planned on renewing our vows and having a big reception and dance. It never happened and now too many of the people we would have wanted there are gone.
