    Nice.

    A couple more things can cause water weight retention.

    Travel/flying
    Injury/Sunburn
    Excessive outdoor temperatures

    Is that for real? Why would that make a difference? 😕 🤔
    (it's going to be well over 35 degrees for the next few days here...seems like that's going to be bad for my weigh ins😂)

    I'm one of those odd people who benefit by weighing daily....it just helps me stay more accountable and I understand the ups and downs!

    Lots of us here weigh daily, and use a trending app to smooth out the bumps :)

    Just bumping this as a very helpful poster pointed me to it when I was whinging about not being down as much as I'd like in week 2, and it's a really helpful thread.
