Sleep tracking

Does anyone have a good suggestion for a sleep tracker you don't have to wear to bed(ie: not Fit bit, etc)? I'm looking for one, but some are expensive, so I'd like to know if anyone has tried and loved any.

Other than using a wearable, the only way I can figure out this would work is to hire someone to stay up all night and watch you while you sleep.2 -

I think you can buy some that install under the sheet so you're laying on top of them. They do tend to be more expensive though.0 -
I have one on my iPhone tells me when to go to bed and when I get up.0

I am using a pad from Nokia / Withings. It goes under the mattress and connects to their app. The app can be linked to MFP (https://www.withings.com/us/en/sleep) Not cheap but really good - unless my cat decides to sleep on it, then I get a nice afternoon nap registered.0
