This week's successes: Back to logging everything. Cut sugary things. Started a very simple body weight circuit to get the joints used to work.
This week's challenges: started getting sick at the end of the week. Work through it. Maintain average 30+/day of walking. Eat a vegetable (sadly, not exaggerating).
I’m going to try a postnatal core yoga routine I found, because I am a 53yo dude with diastsis recti and fear any core work done “wrong” will just make it worse. I may need to work with a PT or a trainer. Anyone experience success with this kind of thing?

This week's successes: I made it to the gym three times so far, and intend to go this Saturday as well. I took a pass on some extra treats early this week, even though I had the calories to support them, because I gained a few Christmas pounds and I have to pay the piper.
