3500+ Calories Burned Challenge 8/22-8/28

Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such and inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Here is the daily update format.

  • 500 calories a day if I worked out 7 days a week! Sounds do-able!! :) I'm so in!!! Starting 2moro!! ;)!!! BRIIIIING IT! Will be wearing my polar HR monitor and calorie counter!

    Count me in.... I'll be burning most of my exercise calories from biking and running. For the month of August, so far, I have burned 15,002 calories. My goal is 20,000, so this challenge will help me pursue that last 5,000. In past months, I've fallen a few thousand calories short of my goal.
