Hello all!
Not really new here, just getting back on this bandwagon. Trying to calculate macros and make meals. Any tips? I know how many fats proteins and carbs I should have just making meals that aren’t boring is a bit of a challenge.

Since you don't tell us your macro split, I assume you just want general advice that would work with any macro split.

    1) Pre-log the food you would like to eat.
    2) Assess resulting macros.
    3) Make adjustments to bring the resulting macros closer to your goals.

Treat protein and fat as minimums and you're good to go

I found this interesting (minus all the irritating ads....)

Don’t be discouraged by the body building it does have some interesting info. Although I’m unsure about the blood type piece.
