I’m looking to start Ripped in 30 on Monday 14th Jan
My honeymoon is coming up in March and would love to be abit more toned up for it . I’m looking to lose around 7 pounds.
Weigh in is optional
I’ll be weighing as least as possible as I got into a bad habit of weighing myself too much !!

I'm in! I was going to start a different JM video next week, but I have Ripped in 30 and I'd like to give it a try! Last year I was part of a 30 Day Shred group that definitely kept me motivated by checking in each day.
I have about 20lbs total to drop so this will certainly help with that goal!0 -

Day 2 done! Felt better this morning. I was able to focus a little more on form since I had a better sense of what was coming.

It was a little harder waking up for it this morning and I was yawning through the first circuit, but I made it!

Personally, not planning to schedule any. I know myself and as soon as I get off the routine it becomes a slippery slope. That being said, I know things will eventually come up and I'll miss a workout here and there, but I'm probably not going to schedule one in.0

Day 4 done! Snuck it in while the kids were watching a show after lunch!
What size weights are you using? I'm using 5lbs, but might switch to 8's for the second circuit. That one seems too easy (probably means I'm doing it wrong!)0 -
Hey I’m using a 2kg which I think is around 5lbs might be wrong hmm I’m not very strong at the moment lol so sticking to them hoping to get up to a 3kg maybe in week 4 I can’t even do girly pushups all the time yet 😂0

It’s currently half 10 at night in the UK and at 9pm I watched Britain’s fattest shut ins it finished at 10pm and I decided to do the dvd 😂 I was gonna have a naughty day today and rest but there was a clip of next weeks of a girl who put on 7 stone in like 18 months and I was like ahhhh she was only around my age aswell 😂🙈 so it motivated me to get off my *kitten* wasn’t too bad actually tonight think my bodies too tired to think !!1

Day 5 done! I almost forgot to check in, but I got it done at 4:00. Glad I did...I'm having pizza for dinner!
I was able to hold my plank the whole time in the first circuit! Getting stronger!! 💪0 -
Day 6 done! It's amazing how much stronger and more stamina you can achieve in just a week!
I'm not sure if I'll get the workout in tomorrow. We're forecasted to get about a foot of snow, so my workout will be shoveling! I might still sneak it in...we'll see how I'm feeling.

Do you get loads of snow we’ve only ever had one day where the place I work has literally been shut off because of snow and it so happened to be on my birthday so got a snow day woooo1
