I did 50 crunches, wasn't able to do the challenge... but I was over water, under calories and will make up for the challenge tonight0

hey guys! I've done the challenge and 100 more crunches, but i probably won't do the challenges tomorrow or the next day cause I'm at the beach, so i might go over on calories too0

despite having a really bed week, i've been able to stay under calories, drink all my water, AND do most of the exercise challenges
i just need that extra 2 miles and the 200 crunches (i wish the floor in the office wasn't so nasty or i would sneek them in here!! LOL)

Wow, I have been at home on vacation and can't believe how difficult it has been to just check in and log! Also almost daily challengd with bad food choices and excuses not to go to gym. Something to be said about keeping a routine.
I have com;pleted all challenges, water, and under calories for (have to use my memory here)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Challenges only on the other days.
Extra crunches almos done, at 250.
So today plan to be on calorie goal, do today's challenges, finish my crunches and drink my waters.
Next week back at work, and back to my normal routines....0 -

Did you have fun? A lot of losing and maintaining is learning to have fun, but to try to stay in healthy habits. However, if you go a bit overboard (and we all do sometimes!), forgive yourself and move on. Most important thing is that you hop right back into good habits. I hope you enjoyed the beach!0

Saturday was all good. Lots of water, under calories, and challenge done. Finished my pledged crunches this morning. I'm drinking loads of water today in hopes of a good weigh in tomorrow morning.0

I did the challenges except friday-saturday- I went home and didn't have a computer this weekend so forgot to write them down I'm sorry... I had water-and above water each day and was under calories also each day!0

Happy Monday everyone!
I was over calories yesterday by only 46 but I drank all of my water.
I weighed in yesterday morning at 181.1 to see how my week was going and then stood on those rotten scales again this morning at 183.4. It must be water weight because my rings usually slide on and off fairly easy and they won't budge this morning. Oh well...the movement on the scale will look good next week.0 -

this week - 209.8
week's loss - 2.0 lbs
i did all the exercise challenges except the burpees and extra crunches =(0 -

Sunday waters in and under calorie goal.
Weigh in - 178.2 so 2.8 loss this week.
Where can I find week 4 challenges?
I need a good September challenge group....any recommendations?0
