Y'all can add me! I lost about 40 between Sep 2017 and Jan 2018, then stopped for like... no reason. Back at it again and a few lbs away from that 40 lb m,ark again! And I'll still have another 40 to lose.23

I'm with you!! However I can't figure out how to keep track of ya'all Do we just come back to this same thread all the time?
Yesterday was my first "official" restart day. I even measured my food. It's been over a year since I've exercised, or tracked my food. The 20 pounds shows it! Now I'm about 50 pounds overweight AGAIN! Help!!11 -

Count me in! I lost 40 lbs a couple of years ago on here and successfully gained it all back. Could use some friends along the way fighting the same fight 😃16

Joining, please! Seems like my 88th time, too. Time to stop beating myself up for yo-yo dieting. Time to make a change in how I approach a healthy lifestyle. A good support system is what I'm hoping to be part of!

I'm always looking for more friends, motivation, support giving and receiving. Everyone is welcome to friend me. I think this is my 5th time over 10 years...I've lost 20 since November wanting to lose 80-90 more. Working on increasing my activity regularly and feeling good.7

Feel free to add me! I too lost almost 40 lbs a few years ago and have gained just about all of it back in the past 2 years, during which I started and stopped on here several times. This time I want to get serious. I felt so good when I was active and lost the weight, but why is it so hard to get there again? 😋4

Hey!! I've been away most of the weekend, so glad to see some new faces here!! Sounds like we all have the same challenges. I started my weekend with a rootcanal on Friday, then watching my granddaughter on Saturday, so I was all off track. Just weighed myself......I think I gained a pound...…..ugghhh…..wrong direction!! I need focus. I need you guys!!3

I know we are supposed to have other goals not tied to the scale but I can honestly say that my goal is 30 lbs. I am on Real Appeal right now from my insurance which is great but it's 1/2 lb a week. Sigh. I am not giving into a quick diet though. I have done lots of quick diets, the weight comes off and then comes back on.3

I'm in on the encouragement, could use all the help I can get! weight is coming off in small ounces per week which can get very discouraging. Add me to friends if you like!6

Me too... always seems like when I start doing well with weight loss, something happens to derail me. I turned 30 this year, so I'm trying to make this my year.5

I agree about not wanting to do the quick diet. Those just don't seem to work for me. Well they do at the time LOL I had a rough 2 days, don't know if it was the cold or not, but refocusing my brain again to get back on track.0

A goal...….haven't put a number on it in a long time, because I have missed it so many times. I want to be successful this time. So I am going to try to be realistic. I think three pounds a month should be attained. What I really want though is to be down 25/30 pounds by my family reunion in July. So here it is...….my realistic goal is to be at 188 by end of June, which is 3 pounds a month. To break it down: 200 at end of Feb; 197 @ end of Mar; 194 @ end of April; 191 @ end of May; 188 @ end of June. Sure doesn't seem like much...….I really want to be much less, but I have to make it achievable. Hold me accountable!!7
