Can anyone tell me the correct weight to shoot for when you are a 42-year old female with a (I THINK I have a medium bone structure, but I’m not even positive that I’m measuring that correctly.) medium bone structure? I’d actually really like to know the way to tell your bone structure too, so I know that too so I could also know about the weight I should be shooting for. Thank you.

No matter if it is looks or function as a goal, perfect weight is subjective and changes on desires. As for a target, focus on eating in caloric defict and exercising and the weight will figure itself out.

    All the best.
