Challenge Group (New Members Welcome) 8/22-8/28

This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
I am switching it up a little for this week. I am giving you options for this week instead of one set exercise. Here are 7 different challenges. You pick your day to do each of them and post which day you do what.
-- 30 mins of walking/jogging/running
-- 20 push ups -- These can be modified on your knees or against the wall. They can also be broke into multiple sets throughout the day.
-- 60 jumping jacks
-- 50 sit ups or crunches
-- 1 minute of jump rope (you can do this with an imaginary jump rope
-- 35 squats
-- Stretch for 10 minutes

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Drink 10 glasses of water a day! (70 for the week) I have been struggling with this lately so I am going back to this for our dietary challenge.

    The variety of options is just what I need to get myself back on track! I've kind of fallen into a rut and need somthing new to keep me motivated. And the water challenge is just what I need as well! I'm not drinking nearly enough water, so this will help me!

    I'm in. Maybe this is just what I need to keep on track with some sort of physical activity.

    the water intake will be a challenge for me but I'm up to it..
